Overview
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting our client, Gallery Residential, working closely with the HR Business Partner to provide customized and practical support for HR solutions, including ticket management, claims administration, leave administration, offboarding coordination, and other tasks as needed. It's a hybrid role with onsite work expectations as needed (rarely more than 1-2 days/week onsite).
Top 5 Responsibilities
- Assist HR Business Partner in supporting Gallery Residential's systems, processes, and culture
- Triage and track daily tickets from the Gallery team and capture trends for improvement opportunities
- Administer leave processes and update the employee on leave, manager, HR/payroll/benefits contacts
- Coordinate claims (UI, WC) submissions and processes
- Manage the offboarding process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
- Current, valid Driver's license
- HR experience relevant to the Top 5 above is a plus
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, and HR admin familiarity
- Strong organization skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team on multiple projects
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Solid ability to solve HR-related problems and communicate with employees and management
- Strong initiative and follow-through skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
