The Enablement Solutions Consultant will leverage adult learning principles and a deep understanding of business needs to design, implement, and optimize high-quality learning experiences that support both internal employees and external clients. This role focuses on the full spectrum of enablement solutions, including eLearning programs, instructor-led training, toolkits, study guides, and performance support aids. Using a consultative approach, the Enablement Solutions Consultant will collaborate closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to conduct learning needs assessments, identify gaps, and define opportunities to drive business outcomes through effective learning interventions.

The Enablement Solutions Consultant will design and recommend highly engaging, learning experiences and facilitate the creation of dynamic, performance-driven content. Additionally, the Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of learning solutions with organizational objectives, and in implementing best practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.

As part of the broader enablement strategy, the Enablement Solutions Consultant will stay current with industry trends and best practices, participating in continuous professional development. This role also includes mentoring new team members and contributing to the growth and development of the enablement function within the organization.
